Shipping Policy
At NorthCanyonTrading.store, we are committed to preparing and delivering your orders as efficiently and safely as possible. Many of our products are made or printed to order, so please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and tracking.
1. Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout based on the shipping address provided. If your shipping address is accepted during checkout, your order can be processed for delivery.
Please make sure your complete and accurate shipping address is entered before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders with a subtotal of $199.00 or more. For orders under this amount, the following shipping options may be available:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipping service has been performed.
3. Delivery Time Calculation
Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME
Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days
This is the time required to prepare your order before shipment. Since many of our products are printed or made to order, this period may include production, quality inspection, packing, and preparation for carrier pickup.
Shipping Time: Shipping time begins after your order has completed processing and has been handed over to the carrier.
For example, an order shipped with Standard Shipping may take approximately:
- Processing: 3–5 business days
- Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: approximately 10–20 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping Carriers
To provide efficient delivery based on the destination, package size, and available shipping services, orders may be shipped using one or more trusted carriers, including:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- YunExpress
- Yanwen Express
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and, when available, a link to track your package.
Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Incorrect Address: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@northcanyontrading.store. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, or because the delivery was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, mailbox, reception area, and with household members or neighbors.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery and then contact our support team so we can assist you.
